Depart by minibus to the northern most point of Thailand on the Thai-Burmese border, Mae Sai. Passing through interesting countryside, stop at the little handicraft center at Baan Wang Lao. Continue the journey to Mae Sai for shopping and sightseeing, including a visit to a Jade Cutting Factory. It is also a good spot to observe border life, as it is one of the few official land crossings open between Myanmar and Thailand. On the way back to your hotel, visit the fish and monkey cave.
